Hello,

as seen in many templates, i would like to modernize my easyblog template (Nickel on 2 columns) for categories by adding text caption on the cover image (title at least + maybe the category name)

see examples attached

is there someone that can give me some code to change in the templates ?

and maybe that could be something that can be done by default for one official template...

Hi Loic,

Thank you for your wonderful idea with the templates view. Perhaps you can put your suggestion in our voice page so we can done something similar for the post frontpage. By the way I believe "easyblog image wall module" might closely resemble this feature. Perhaps you can try to use this module or you can refer the code and styling from /modules/mod_easyblogimagewall/ for your nickel theme modification.

Unfortunately that is not possible currently unless we create a module explicitly to do this.
