TIP: Try "Too Many Files" instead of JCH Optimize.

Hey guys, I just wanted to inform you that after a lot of testing of different speed optimization techniques. I stumbled upon "Too Many Files" which in my case cut my site's size from 2.4mb to 1.1mb. It does it by ensuring that you are not loading any files twice such as Jquery. In my case, it made a significant difference in load time. I recommend others in this great community struggling with page speed try it
