The MD5 hash of the downloaded file does not match. Please contact our support team to look into this.
My subscription has expired and i can't install older version of your software on my new domain.
Please help.

This occurs because our system detect your expired key. You can install our Extension by uploading your file at steps 2 as shown http://screencast.com/t/zbDU0odW

p/s: It looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, you will need an active subscription. If you have already renewed, please let us know so that we can correct this for your account.
