Please forgive me if this can already be done....

But I think the constraints of the left side bar in easy social , for example news feed need the option to be switched off in modules.

I think a lot of templates and I have tested with various don't look good like this. I have tested Easy Social which has far more features than the other networking component for Joomla, far better support and in my opinion has easily surpassed all other components in this genre, .....apart from the template layout.

Is this something that a can be done , if so how as I could not find it, if it is not possible will it be added soon.
Hello Trevorl,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

Currently the only possible way to hide the sidebar is via css hack. You can copy the code below and place it inside your custom.css to hide the sidebar in the dashboard area.
body div#fd.es .es-dashboard .es-container .es-sidebar {
display: none;
}

Hope these help.

Yes it would be good to disable news feed and if I need it have on right modules.. however if I disable it on left, the stream shifts over to fill that space.

I know I can do it with friends, members etc, but not news feed?

Hi tervorl,

I am really sorry currently there's no module settings to achieve your requirement?
Is there anything else that require our assistance?
