system generated stream item in dashboard / EVENT

ES system generates the items to dashboard when we post an update in the event.
Can anyone check, if you post a link in event, then the system generates a correct item or not?
In my case there is a issue as attached picture.
System generates an item but no explanation of origin(event name) and it is recognized as group post...

Hm, yeah you are right! It looks like there's an issue with the stream that contains links generated in an event. This will be fixed in the next release

Sometime the updates posted in event make the dashboard noisy.
