Switch off/hide disabled Random Groups?

Hi SI Team

I have been experimenting with groups and some are disabled for the moment.
Maybe I reactivate them later. Please see first screen shot.
Is there a way I can stop these groups from showing up in the Random Groups Box. Second Screen shot.
It makes no sense for me to show random groups that are disabled.
