Sudden "Unserialize" problem

Hi guys.
I don't know what's happened, but I've suddenly run into an issue on the backend and front-end of the site.
The site is not displaying, and I am getting errors like

Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 2186 of 16351 bytes in /srv/users/serverpilot/apps/itadviceserver/public/libraries/joomla/cache/controller/callback.php on line 114

Any ideas?

Hello Dave,

Have tried to clear your Joomla cache?
- In the top menu, hover over Site > Maintenance, and then click Clear Cache
- Put a check in the top left box. This will select all groups that have cache that can be cleared. Then, click the Delete.

Please give it a try. However, I've tried to access your backend but I am getting this:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ''defau' (T_ENCAPSED_AND_WHITESPACE) in /../../../apps/itadviceserver/public/tmp/_filetree.php on line 1221
