Good morning, I wanted to try the Komento component to evaluate the purchase and use for other sites.

I installed and configured the component, set the comment for the blog category.

the comment form is displayed correctly, but when you click on submit a pop-up with the message "Invalid /web/htdocs/http://www.guidedtoursinvenice.com/home/components/com_komento/themes/kuro/dialogs/error.ejs file template"

I tried to access http://www.guidedtoursinvenice.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=97:e-dall%E2%80%99alto&catid=18&Itemid=289 but I don't seem to see Komento there.

Am I missing anything here?

I reinstalled, and you can do a trial run at this address

kuro the template is not installed.

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can better have a look?

because I tested free Komento extension in my locally, it seems work fine.

You can put your site details into your first post (edit the post > put the details into optional information area)
