Hey StackIdeas,

I am using the pinter theme and in my EasyDiscuss, we have multiple levels of categories like,

root
/sub-category
/sub-sub-category
/sub-category
/sub-sub-category
/sub-sub-category

When I go here: https://www.techcloud.me/forums to the categories view, I expect to only see the root/parent categories, with the arrows to expand and view the sub categories. The problem is that the sub-sub categories are showing when I load the page. The regular sub-categories are hidden, as they should be, but what I am seeing is basically.

root
subcategory
subcategory
subcategory
subcategory
subcategory

Hopefully i have explained this clearly.

What I want is to see is ONLY THE ROOTS/highest level parent categories.

Thank you for your time
Hello Patrick,

I am sorry for the late reply.
You can resave back the structure of your discuss category by clicking this: http://screencast.com/t/8tlLDBgf . I have helped you resave this and if in the future, you ever found yourself in this situation, you can click this to resave back the structure.

Hope this will help.
Thanks.

Hello Patrick Kidney,

Sorry for late reply to this,
Correct me if i getting wrong your meaning here, do you mean that you would like :
-> http://sitedomain.com/category/subcategory/categoryname
If yes, unfortunately that was not possible, unless you using 3rd party SEF component.

Hi Arlex,

sorry, but that is not what I mean.

I attached an image of my forum categories.

Information Technology is the highest level/ top category. And below it you are seeing the sub-sub-categories of the sub-category Storage.

So the structure is: Information Technology/Storage/xxxxxxxxxxx

Now, when I view all of the categories I would expect the sub-sub-categories to be hidden, and only see the top level categories, but they are not.
