It seems like there is some issue with the privacy settings. Can you download the attachment below and place it inside your /administrator/components/com_easysocial/models/folder? After that go to your backend > easysocial > profile types > select your profile types > privacy, tick on the checkbox as you can see from my screenshot here, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-07-02_1450.png and then save.

If the problem still persist, can you provide us with your FTP access so we can debug it directly?

You are most welcome. There are some issue during the checking of the user privacy that related with the profile types. The fix is to re-adjust the privacy checking in a proper way to avoid this kind of issue. By the way the fix will be included in the next release of easysocial.
