Stream has 'disappeared'

Hi

This is really strange!
I've been revamping a site transferring jomsocial over to ES..all going well...looked great, then...

...suddenly when I went to the dashboard all was blank!
nothing in the stream at all just a 'There are no activities here yet'!

Not too sure why this has happened, cos it was chocca before and I'd even posted a few sample statuses to check.

The last things that I think that I did was to set up cron jobs for ES and EB...and I also changed a facebook setting.
I'd earlier gone through the FB setup in ES (the one in steps...can't remember exactly where it is!!) and then I came across the FB settings in settings > Facebook and changed the app ID and secret to match what I'd put in earlier.

Apart from that I haven't changed any privacy settings or anything else that I can think of!

PLease help!!!!

Yes, that was very strange, do you mean that when you turn on that setting then all the stream is shown up on your dashboard right?

If this issues still persists, please do refer back to us.

Why?.... I'd turned 'Show Search' off in Themes > Toolbar

What's that all about lol??!!

Surely turning this option off and making the whole stream disappear isn't quite right?

Anyway...I'll leave that with you!

As for this issue......it's solved!!

I turned off the 'Show Search' off in Themes > Toolbar...and the complete stream disappeared! I have some demo users on the site, and they got the same view too...i.e. nothing!!

Still...it's back now, but I suppose it probably needs a little look at your end too...
