Hi Guys,

1-Registration pending aproval email template:

-When we active "Allow login with e-mail", in pending aproval email, it still shows username intead of email, so should be E-mail and pasword

- There are two links at thr bottom of e-mail : "Manage your alerts" and "You are receiving this email because you have enabled e-mail alerts in your profile." Stil user account pending moderation, how user will manage alerts etc. This Should be removed for "Pendding aproval mails"

2- Registration Approved and Rejected Mails

I already translated their strings to tr language but they comes complately in english still
Hello gökhan,

1-Registration pending aproval email template:

-When we active "Allow login with e-mail", in pending aproval email, it still shows username intead of email, so should be E-mail and pasword

Even if the option "Allow login with e-mail" is enabled, it doesn't mean that the username is explicitly e-mail unless you turn on the option "Use Email as Username". If you only enabled "Allow login with email", you still have a username on the site

As for the manage alerts link, this will be fixed in the next release of EasySocial

2- Registration Approved and Rejected Mails

I already translated their strings to tr language but they comes complately in english still

I have double checked the language file and it's using the translation correctly. I guess the problem is because your site's default language is English? Since the user is registering the first time, it doesn't understand which language your user is using.

Hi Mark,

"Even if the option "Allow login with e-mail" is enabled, it doesn't mean that the username is explicitly e-mail unless you turn on the option "Use Email as Username". If you only enabled "Allow login with email", you still have a username on the site " Sorry, i actually wanted to say "Email as Username" As you can see in picture, username space is empty.

"I guess the problem is because your site's default language is English?"

Not about default language, (Site and content: TR/ Admin: EN) But that is not an issue, because, pending registration email is in TR, there is a problem with aproved and rejected e-mail templates, check screenshots please.

Hello gökhan,

Ah, okay fixed the issues with the email as username not appearing in the template but I still don't quite get the second issue. You are getting it in Turkish because the admin that is receiving the email is already known to use Turkish. When the admin approves / rejects the user, the system doesn't know what language it should use for the user.

I am not too sure what language strings are you referring to here. Do you mean the email language strings?

Can you reproduce this issue? If you can, can you provide us with the user account and the FTP so that I can check on that errors? As for the language in the email, your default language has to be Turkish (admin) in order for the emails to be in Turkish.

Hi Nik,

try to register my site, you will get an email in turkish after registration, after that go to admin area reject user, you wil get another email in english, if you accept you wil get an aproved email in english also, i wonder why system serve mails in english but except pending aproval mail (its in turkish) I translated them also to turkish,

That error on picture above, you can reproduce it by confirming a pending user, after that it appear on stream

hey gökhan,
the emails are depending on the language you select on frontend / backend.
when the user registers, he's doing this in the frontend so the email he receives is in the language you set for frontend (turkish), because that's where the action started.
now for the reject / confirmation mails you're doing this manually in the backend - as your backend uses english and this action was started manually by you (admin) in the backend the emails are sent in english. if you switch your backend language to turkish you'll see that also these confirmation / rejection mails are delivered in turkish as well.
hope that helps

Hello Gokhan,

I have replicate the language problem by registering to your site and logged in to your back end and rejected my account that i just registered in your site. The rejected message is in Turkish as shown in the screen capture http://screencast.com/t/oxSc0fuKhep .

You can set the language based on Alex Heil's suggestion. To do this go to backend > user manager > select the user >Basic setting > set back end language as turkish.

Hi Guys,

"The rejected message is in Turkish as shown in the screen capture ..." Yeah i change it yesterday. Thanks Kheng

I found a solution for this I just copy tr language tranlations and paste them to en-gb ini. So, not needed to change back-end language. Actually i cant use back-end well, when i turn to tr language, because of some sutupit translators
