Hi all!
I am starting to develop an exciting project based in Joomla and EasySocial and I want to ask about your opinion since I am a little bit lost with somethings...
Is a webpage with social functions for a village of 50.000 habitants. In one hand, all the population can join and use the EasySocial features. Also I want to deploy a directory with the interesting places of the village (Shops, monuments, etc) In other hand, I want that the shops, restaurants and other commerces of the area join in a some payed way to have a commercial page with info about their business and some "groupon" facility to offer to the members of the webpage.

By the moment I think I will use EasyBlog to make a daily post, Kunena to offer forum facilities to the members but I am not sure what to use to list all the restaurants and other shops in nice way integrated with EasySocial. I thought to create two profiles, one for normal users and other for "business"

Any recommendation about my project? Even nice template suggestion or best extensions for this kind of things are welcome.
As you see is not a very specific question or technical so any comments are super-welcome!!!

Emilio.
Hello Emilio,

Yep, they do have apps for EasySocial and it's supported out of the box You could try contacting Alejandro and see if he has discounts for you As for the template, have you considered ja purity iii ? It's free and you could start with this first

Hello Emilio,

There's 2 things that you could do, the first is to utilize "Groups" as your page if you want and also you might want to add an ecommerce extension or JReviews on your site to enhance what you already have

Thanks for your answer Mark! Looks Jreview will help me a lot with some part of my project! It's a little bit expensive extension, but looks cool. What about the integration with EasySocial? It's easy?

I am lost about the template too. What choice do you think is appropriate for my project? Any suggestion?
Thanks again form your help!!!!
