Hello,

I would like to know how it's possible with EasyBlog to display to buttons for the social media only on the item, but not on the list (or blog) of items.

Hello Simon,

You have to disable this option for every social button to hide the button from the item listing: http://screencast.com/t/jsdNVEKN . If this doesn't help, you can provide us your backend and FTP so we can have a look on your issue.
