Well actually managed. BUT
Backend looks not complete (skeleton only)
Also front end there are some badges missing - only squares instead.

Hi Vlad,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply.

I just checked your site and it seems like your easysocial is displaying correctly from my end. May I know if your issue is resolved here?

how do I get rid of Joomla Social Network powered by EasySocial

Seems like you are using EasySocial Starter plan where it will always include backlink at the bottom of easysocial page. You can refer more about the easysocial pricing plan here, http://screencast.com/t/OAhCcOTk6 .

Hope these help.

Hi Vlad,

It seems like your backend is not getting rendered correctly but you can still access the settings if you scroll your page down a little bit, http://screencast.com/t/IKSD7yuRrth . I believe this is a cache issue but I will continue to investigate on this issue on your site.

Regarding on your missing badge/icons, it seems like everything is loaded correctly from my end. Check my screenshot here, http://screencast.com/t/0eBXngJgAhpE .

Hi Erzul

I would appreciate if you could, because even though it is possible to access the options, what you can not access because of the failed render is the registration forms, which are editable, as the are no tabs for those anymore.

Thank you

Vlad

Oh yes, please do NOT switch on cache at the backend, as this will cause server problems for the whole site.

Thanks

Hey there,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

Glad to heard your update issue resolved.

The question remains about getting rid of

Joomla Social Network powered by EasySocial

Regarding this question, I believe my colleague already explained to you in previous reply.

Seems like you are using EasySocial Starter plan where it will always include backlink at the bottom of easysocial page. You can refer more about the easysocial pricing plan here.

To get rid out of this powerlink, you have to upgrade your starter version to Professional version.

Hope this help.
