Hey, inside the sobipro integration I have Enable Comments on, and I've chosen Komento Assignment on selected categories, and i have my section and category selected, but entries assigned to those areas are not displaying a comments area. If I turn off on selected categories and just let it show on all, then it displays (but that's not a good thing because we're using sobipro in various capacities on this website and do not want comments everywhere). If I choose categories not selected and I do a reverse select, it doesn't show. That suggests to me there's something wrong with the category select and how it understands sobipro...can you assist?
Hey Mike,

Can you please provide us with the ftp access to inspect on these issues ?

Okay, I am logged into the ftp but I do not see Komento in the /components/ folder. I tried opening "pcps.reaction.ca" folder but I only see a cgi-bin folder.

Agh, sorry. My fault, again. I sent you to the live site instead of the staged site. You can get in now.

Hi, any progress on this? It's been two days since I resolved the FTP problem.

Hello Mike,

Can you try to replace the attached file in ../components/com_komento/komento_plugins/com_sobipro.php and let us know how it goes?

Ummm, okay, now I have another problem - my email cron job isn't running.

That is to say - it's running - I have the siteground cron set up, and the raw access logs say the cron run, and when I go to the url http://pcps.reaction.ca/index.php?option=com_komento&task=cron (for my dev url), it says email batched, but when I go and look at the mail queue, nothing has happened. And I've got no email in my inbox. I tried the Cron at both 5 minutes and 30 minute intervals, due to SiteGround restrictions, and I know the raw access logs say the cron has run no less than 5 times, but those same two emails in the screenshot below are unsent.

Hey Mike,

You should check your mail settings because I tried debugging the site and it seems like Joomla's mailer is returning "false" when it is trying to send out the emails.

Hmmm, there is something larger wrong here - the live site's forms aren't working either. Okay, thanks for checking into it for me. You've been very helpful!

Hey Mike,

Hm, not really sure if I understand you here. Do you mean you have issues with the comment form? If you are having issues, can you please start a new thread on our forums?
