Yep that's correct Josh. Sorry, I wasn't feeling well for the past couple of days Had a bad fever and cold .

I'm sorry to her about you not feeling well. I've been sick on average at least 4 weeks a year. This past year I've been the least sick I've ever been in my entire life which I think is due to making bigger efforts to not get sick. In some cases it's virtually unavoidable. In other cases doing things like holding your breath while walking past a coughing stranger, staying in my room when a family member is sick, trying not to rub my eyes in public (not perfect at this), and washing my hands very often I think has played a big role in not getting sick. I'm not claiming that prevention is convenient. Ever since I got brain damage from my climbing accident in 2014, coughing hurts my head a lot making me take this more seriously than ever before.

I'm hoping you are feeling better now.
