Slow post preview takes over screen

Hi,

When my client uses the Preview button while editing a post the preview takes an unusual long time, for the pop-up window to appear. When it does show it has none of the browser's toolbars... and it fills the entire desktop. She'd like to keep the window open to reload the preview as she makes changes.

This wreaks havoc on a workflow... it adds one more step every preview.

Any chance there is a way to change this behavior on the Preview window? So it shows the browser toolbar too?
