To fix this open your ftp and head over to:

/components/com_easydiscuss/themes/simplistic/styles

then open the file style.css go to line 12091 to find this:

}

div#discuss-wrapper .discuss-signature img {

  max-width: 16px;

  width: 16px;

}

Then change the width and max width to the size you want.

Please note that this is just a temporary fix I found, maybe stackideas staff can help you more on a permanent fix.
