Hi Bart,

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and FTP access so we can help you check on this?

Hello,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I just tried to access your site and can't seem to reproduce the issue on the dashboard, and on the group pages as well. How were you able to reproduce this?

For the rest, did you guys cleared your browser's cache?

Hi Mark.
Yup, cleared the cache, even tried opening in a FireFox "Private" instance of the browser, and still getting the "Post is under moderation" banner.

Just as a side-note - I've noticed that in groups that all previous items are "pinned".
Additionally, when viewing the list of available groups:
1. All groups are showing "respond to invitation" - I know that I've not sent an invitation for the test user I am logged in as (especially as I am joined to all of those groups!!)
2. The second button is saying "Join this group" - but I am already joined to the group!
3. the third button to the right is just showing the "three bar" animation - not sure what that button is for as if I click on it, nothing happens
4. All posts in the group are also under moderation.

Hi Mark... me again
I restarted the webserver "droplet" on Digital Ocean, and the issues above seem to have "gone away".
Guessing it must have been a server cache issue... suggest others restart their servers and see if that helps

Hello Dave,

In the recent updates we have change some of our styling that related with the group systems and the .less file need to be recompiled with the new updates. By right easysocial will do the compiling job automatically during the installation/upgrading but as you suggested, it might be due with the server cache issue. Thanks for the solution Dave!

For those who are still facing the same issue, try to clear the cache from your server side and the problem should gone away
