Sharing post to Facebook does't show thumbnail

Hello, i am using easyblog version 3.9.15218 and since my 2 last blog posts i can't get the thumbnail be shown when i share the post to Facebook. I tried to debug the link (http://datasync.gr/index.php/blog-datasync/entry/multitasking-iphone-ipad-apps-running) and i get the error "The 'og:type' property is required, but not present."

Could you please help me?

Hello, I am finding the same problem, facebook share only gives me a link to my main site if I use the debugger this error:
The 'og:type' property is required, but not present for this link:
http://walkofwisdom.org/de-stichting/login/entry/oppervlakkig.html
I have Gzip off and share this and add this off too,
