Hi

I am having a small problem with the links that are being shared by auto post on facebook and twitter.

Basically what is happening is the languages are getting crossed, so giving my links a 404 error.

So
https://www.multikingdom.com/index.php/tw/mainmenu-blogpage-tw/pancake-day-pancake.html
Is becoming
https://www.multikingdom.com/index.php/tw/mainmenu-blog-page-en/pancake-day-pancake.html
Or
https://www.multikingdom.com/index.php/en/mainmenu-blog-page-tw/pancake-day-pancake.html

Please take a look at our twitter account and facebook page and look at some of the links.

https://www.facebook.com/multikingdom

I have just found the 'Multi Lingual Posts' selection to allow bloggers to post in different languages, but this option has always been switched on and I have not had a problem before.

It has only happened since we stopped bloggers posting directly to the site and we not have them submit for review, before we then post it. We also turned off auto posting before turning it back on again, could this cause a problem

Is it something to do with this? I try to renew the token for facebook, but it doesn't do anything? It says it ran out in October, could me turning off the auto posting and turning it back on again have stopped the access? But not all the posts are affected?

I am very confused as to why this would be, please could you shed some light on the situation.

Many thanks
Sorry to write again

I have just revoked access to the facebook page, hoping to renew and have it sorted, however I got these error messages, see it the screen shot.

Thanks

Hey Alex,

I am not really sure what issues are you having here but based on your latest post, I believe your Facebook app is configured wrongly.

Hi Mark

I followed your suggestion that there was something wrong with the Facebook app.

So i created a new one, based on the guide you have in the documentation, but I still seem to have the same problems.

The auto posting is not working, but this is for twitter and facebook.

Also when we publish a new post, we get a message the says 'Invalid OAuth access token' appear at the top of the post, the post still gets published to the site, but doesn't then go to either Facebook or Twitter automatically.

Could it be a problem within Easy blog? I only ask, as we never had these problems when the posts were being published by the authors, it has only happened since we have started publishing them ourselves.

Please advise

Here are some screen shots of both the new and the old app, but both seem identical (200 - 203 is the new app 204 - 207 is the old app)

I have changed my password to the sites back end, please check the details on my account..

Many thanks

Hi Mark

Sorry, have you had a chance to have a look at this?

I couldn't find a private area in this post to put my details, so I put them in my site details area.

Many thanks

Hey Alex,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I have checked your site and it looks like there are many of your posts that is not associated with any specific language. When you create a post, you must associate the blog post with the respective language, so that EasyBlog will know which menu id to use.
