Sh404sef Issues

Hello,

I'm not sure how to fix this issue, but Easy Blog doesn't play well with Sh404SEF.

For example, here's a category on my site:
https://www.oceannews.com/offshore-industry/categories/listings/offshore-industry

Why is offshore-industry listed twice?

Then there's are two category links on the page above, and they link to this version of the category link (the one I actually want):
https://www.oceannews.com/news/categories/listings/offshore-industry

How can I fix this issue?

You can go the SH404 backend -> URL manager to manually edit the SEF Links so as to make all duplicated links to have the same SEF links.

As SEF of Joomla itself is a very complicated thing, I don't think there exists a GOOD FULLY auto SEF generation mechanism.

May be EasyBlog guys here can advise a better approach.

May I know if your problem still persist? You can provide us with your joomla backend and FTP access so we can check on the issue directly. By the way you may follow Seth suggestion first regarding on the sh404sef url issue.
