Hello,

I woul like to use diferent Blogtitels and discriptions, like
1) "My Blog" -- Blogdiscription
2) "My Videos" - Video discription ( this is linked from a different menu point than the first)

How can I do this with Easyblog 5?

Thanks a lot for your help,
Wolfgang Sauer
Hey Wolfgang,

I am sorry that delay of this reply,

Can you check my attached screenshot below and see is it you referring on the blog description header?

And what you trying to do is when the user view on different post, you would like to show different blog description header?

Hi Arlex,

yes that's right.

Refering to your picture, I would like to use the caption "Easy Blog" with the subtitle "this is some blog discription about this site" as a menu entry e.g. called Blog.

In a second menu entry (e.g. videos) I would like to replace the caption "Easy Blog" with "Video" and the subtitle "this is ..." with a Video discription.

The video entry (equals to your article with the "asdas...." heading) should be available in both catagories.

Thanks for your support
Wolfgang

Hi Wolfgang,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply. Unfortunately you can only change page heading for each menu item and it is not possible to change description below the heading for each menu item currently. To change page heading you can go to your easyblog menu item > page display > show page heading to "yes" and then key in your heading inside the Page Heading textarea, http://screencast.com/t/wItq9bXE2e3 .

Hope these help.
