I can't set "High priority" despite having a PRO subscription (EasySocial)
Hi Juan,

So sorry for the inconvenience caused. Do you mean that you're not able to set high priority ticket for EasySocial category in our forum? As shown here: http://screencast.com/t/FmGxzWPR6y3?

Hi Sylvie, nop. It is disabled (gray and unselectable) as shown in the attach (EasySocial->Technical issues).

"Set priority" is the option selected in that post. I can't select High Priority yet (in that post and in new ones). You can check the screenshot.
