Set all users as friends (with all other users)

Is it possible to set all users as friends with all other users by default from the back end? I am using Easy Social in a company intranet and would like to use the messaging system to eliminate the need for extraneous email communication. Obviously, for employees to be able to use this system easily, they need to all be friends with one another and they are not going to be willing to do this manually.

Is there a way to set all users to be friends with all others and then set defaults so this happens when new users are registered (from the backend)??
