Is here any way to set a separate theme for a Team Blog, so that its appearance will be different from the Blog Front Page theme?

Thank you,
John
Hey John,

I believe you have also posted a ticket on our helpdesk as well and I have already replied you on the ticket Anyway, in case you missed it, currently EasyBlog does not have support for different themes for team blogs.

Hi Mark,

sorry about the double post. I got confused.

I noticed that there is provision to choose a custom them for a blog category. There's a directory listing:

/templates/protostar/html/com_easyblog/themes/

I had to add the
/com_easyblog/themes/
themes to the existing directory structure. I wondered if I could add there one of your existing Author themes (Pinky). Would that be possible?

Thank you,
John

Hi John,

Did you mean you want to have different theme/layout only for the Teamblog page? If so, with your previous idea, it is impossible to use the template override method. You can just override this folder:
..\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\teamblogs\item.php
..\components\com_easyblog\themes\wireframe\teamblogs\default.php

You can follow the documentation about the theme override here:http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/administrators/customizations/template-overriding

Hi Zue,

I'll read the documentation then and see how I go.

Thanks again for your help.

John
