Sorry for the late reply. Unfortunately the search in EasyBlog toolbar is only for EasyBlog usage. Also we currently do not have a way to integrate the Joomla search in EasyBlog Toolbar. Sorry for the inconvenience. We will note this down and we'll see what we can do about this

Ofcourse do I know what the search function is for. I just want to explain you guys that the search function really *****. You can't find authors, you don't get correct lists when you look for certain terms.

The slim search function of joomla does work great. Thus, I am asking you...

Either improve the easyblog search function in joomla or make a complete integration with the slim search...

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

I am sorry but currently we do not have any ETA on the enhancement of the search but anyway, we might want to do sometime similar to EasySocial where we utilised Joomla smart search to perform the search. Meaning to say, you can actually find anything within EasyBlog as long you've indexed your item in Joomla smart search component.

Anyway, the current search in EasyBlog do not search for blogger profile. The search only search for blog posts. Is the search not working correctly? If yes, can you create another topic and send us your site details and your ftp account so that we can this issue for you?
