Thanks for the access details. However, the user account you provided only allow me to login to frontend but not backend. When in backend, i keep getting below message ask to click continue, but when i clicked on the continue button, it always redirect me to login page. Also, the ftp account you provided failed to authenticate me.

Also, i do not see the field 'день рождения', only 'birthday'. Please see http://screencast.com/t/Eu3luMCkTF
