Hello StackIdeas,
I'm using ES 1.3.8 and i disable the embed notification bar.. I also enable the notification bar module and since that when i search for a user, the result returns nothing.

can you provide us again with your attachment screenshot? because it seems like no any attachment file attached in your post thread.

By the way, may i know which page are you enable notification bar module in your site?
Also I have tried to login in your frontpage, but i hitting this :
