The advanced search is pretty great, but there are a few things that would make it much more useful for a social network where people are looking for specific matches. Most importantly, people need to be able to choose more than one criteria in a multi-select field to match a search against.

For example, I want to see all profiles for women within 50 miles of my location that have a status of "available." I want to see any women who meet ALL of those criteria who have either black or brown hair, and are between 5'7" and 5'10".

Match ALL:
Gender = Female
Status = Available
Distance = withing 50 miles
Match ANY:
Hair Color = Black
Hair Color = Brown
Height = 5'7"
Height = 5'8"
Height = 5'9"
Height = 5'10"

Right now, this is not possible. I can put all of those criteria in a search for "Match any," but it will return a whole lot of people who are not available women within 50 miles of me.

SO - I am thinking having an ALL and an ANY section in the search would be great. Either that, or the ability to mark each single criteria as ALL or ANY and the ability to choose multiple values withing the criteria. I think the former is easier in terms of query building, but you guys are the experts.
