Rumble videos no longer work - this link type isn't supported error

Hi,

since updating to the latest version of EasySocial the ability to add rumble.com videos no longer works. I have tried it also on your demo site which does allow it to be posted, but wondered if this is an earlier version?

Any idea what might be causing this/how to fix?

No problem Mel.

Yes, if using this rumble video embed link then it will work on the Easysocial demo site.

Then I check on your site, it seems like when your server tries to crawl this URL https://rumble.com/embed/v1llbda/?pub=4 then it will return the following response:



"Client error: `GET https://rumble.com/embed/v1llbda/?pub=4` 

resulted in a `451 Unavailable For Legal Reasons`


From what I researched about this response error online:



HTTP 451 Unavailable For Legal Reasons is a proposed standard error status code of the HTTP protocol to be displayed when the user requests a resource that cannot be served for legal reasons, such as a web page censored by a government.


So it might be somewhere blocked this so unable to retrieve the video oembed data provided by rumble video so the system returns this common error message "Video link is not supported.".

From what I tested on my local and our demo site https://easysocial.stackideas.com also showing the video is not supported currently.

This is the video link I am trying to test https://rumble.com/v20t3mi-great-dane-checks-out-christmas-thunderstorm-and-windy-palm-trees.html

May I know which video link you tested on our demo site works for you?

Sorry, I think our demo server already restore back to the original data because I can't access the video link you shared.

Actually, I mean you can share with me what rumble video link you trying to share so we can test it on our side.
