Hello,

Just wondering why the RSS feeds show never under the column last import. Could you help em as to why that shows that. I know that they ran but it still shows never.

Thank you.

Regards,
Rob
Hello Rob,

It is because of your Linkedin autopost exceeded the character limit. Can you provide us your FTP so we can change the limit?

Is it something I could do. Is it a simple code edit?

I will follow up tomorrow. Thank you for a quick reply.

Hello Rob,

Can you please try replace the attached file with yours in ../components/com_easyblog/classes/linkedin/helper.php ? If this doesn't work, we need to access you backend and FTP.

Hello Nick,

Thank you for your reply.

Okay I uploaded the file but I am still receiving the 500 error about the limit with Linked In and I do not believe that the Feeds are being processed correctly.

1. 500 - An error has occurred. LinkedIn->share(): comment length is too long - max length is 700 characters. This only happens when a blog is being saved.

2. RSS Feeds running but not all of them. It appears that 14 of these feeds have Never in the Last Import column.

I have the cron setup correctly I hope. I would let Mark take a look but at the server but I access it through a secure key.

I haven't had the chance to setup a FTP program that works yet.

Regards,
Rob
