RSS enabled but RSS icon not appearing anywhere

I have enabled the RSS feed, integrated it with Feedburner, etc. but I cannot see any RSS icon on any of the blog pages. Is there another setting I need to enable other than under Settings --> General --> RSS Feeds?

Hi Steven,
I am not sure as to what is causing the issue that you experienced, however when I reset your "Enable RSS Feeds" option in the Settings>General>RSS Feeds, the "Subscribe via RSS" icon did appear on the toolbar. As shown in the screenshot, the RSS subscription has also integrated with Feedburner as you intended.
