Great to hear this @Mark which of course I'm sure the majority of customers support 100% but of course @Alexandre echos the inevitable frustration that is born out of an extended period of what feels like "comm's blackout" on the roadmap.
In the end really all your customers want to believe in SI. The track record of delivery helps ensure our aspirations are well founded. There's no question that they are in my mind, but I'm just pointing out (which is so easy to do when you're just watching from a distance and not doing any of the real work
that the fairly detailed roadmap reveal like we saw in the series of videos set expectations really high and this serves to tweak down just a bit on the ability to surprise us and exceed our expectations which ironically could take away the awesomeness every customer should feel about what's coming!
Maybe going forward there's a middle-ground to retain some benefits of a more general advanced feature list ("improved editor") and a more active albeit limited roadmap for goal-posting/tracking. This could keep us updated but still keep you guys nimble and light so you retain freedom to be creative, forward-thinking, and able to change steps internally without impacting anything else.
Also, I love the activity in the blogs every time SI focuses on what you've done rather than what you're going to do. Every time you share that news about what you've done, as I've seen in the last couple of point releases, you go far in reminding us why you've got our loyalty.
The entire new composer area has a lot of stuffs which needs to be worked on and it's entirely because we want to get this done right rather than pushing out a release simply because we are out of time. Then, the end product wouldn't be as good as we wanted it to be
