Restrict deposit new items in some categories

Hi Stackideas team,

I would like to know if it possible to forbidden the creation of blog entries in some categories.

For example, group "Z" can create items in category "A" but not "B". Group "X" can create in category "B" but not in "A".

Yes you can make it specific group can create according a specific categories by:
[Creating a Joomla Group]:
1. Click Users>Groups>Add New Group>Group1 example: http://screencast.com/t/suuUNdhN
Create another group example Group2

[Assigning a category to group]:
1. Click EasyBlog>Categories>Select_category>Permissions>Privacy set to Assigned Joomla User Group>Assign Select category during blog creation / edit to Group 1 example: http://screencast.com/t/rx7FY0j9c9
