Hm, not really sure what you mean. Do you mean a conventional "paged" pagination? It's a little tricky to add a conventional pagination because of the urls

In the older version of EasyDiscuss, we actually use the conventional pagination but ditched it because of the massive url duplication issues.

A large amount of replies (50ish) make it a big mess.
