I would like to allow users to submit comments but remove the ability for them to subscriber to comments.
On the comment entry page I want to remove the 'Subscribe to this entry', 'print', 'bookmark' and 'report this post' links from the top.
I attached an image highlighted in red of what I would like to remove from the page.
