Remove index.php

I want to remove index.php from the domain name and when someone goes to site.com it should be site.com and not site.com/index.php/dashboard how can i achieve that please?

Also how can i change the title and description of homepage and maybe other pages if its possible?

And please tell me how i can translate dating search module
