Pl ignore print part - yes there is a disable option i am able to get it and disabled it

However for Discuss - the filter of Unanswered and Unread is creating same URL is showing duplicate post filteration

Either - this should be:-
> noindex
or
> there could be option to show it to registered users only

Can you suggest either one (noindex) for filter of unread and unanswered
or let know which file to make changes in so that i can try at my end for making to to registered users on site only

There should be already a canonical tag added on the page. As I can't access both those links, I can't really check.

It should actually have a canonical tag when you are on the recent discussions page. I will log this as an issue in our issue tracker and we'll push a fix of this in the next release.
