At the moment, the registration form is at this URL when you click on any links to register:

http://www.domain.com/component/easysocial/registration?Itemid=

I want it at this URL:

http://www.domain.com/create-account

How can I active this?

#First - You have to create a menu item (Menu type - EasySocial » Dashboard) from your backend
#Second - You have to create a hidden menu, check my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/mpicOfQZ0jd
#Third - After created the hidden menu, then create a menu item (Menu type - EasySocial » Registration), then type your "create-account" in alias, check my screenshot : http://screencast.com/t/vNw8quXgfb

Haha, it was working all along. I had already done exactly as you said and hadn't realised it was only on Jreviews pages that the URL to register hadn't changed to create-account!
