You can actually change your "Registration type" to use Require admin approval from your backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile type > registration tab

And create 1 more recaptcha custom field in your registration page.
#1. Register an account from recaptcha side
#2. Enter the public and private key in your backend > Easysocial > application > search "recaptcha" and set to default
#3. Go to your backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile type > custom field tab > click and drag "recaptcha" custom field in your left registration form.
