Hi, I have an issue i have been trying to solve, The registration process works fine on full desktop and tablet, but on mobile or with the window minimized to mobile size, the registration box below First Name and Last Name fields don't allow you to type in them. If you click on them nothing happens as if they are blocked. This even happens when you are logged in and go to edit user profile. On mobile the boxes can't be typed in.. I don't know why. Any idea as to why this would happen? It may have something to do with CSS but i don't know, I tried changing the box sizes and other css to check and it didn't solve the problem so it may be a bug. I provided the URL to the registration so you can try it yourself on the mobile screen size. If you could keep the URL confidential that would be great. Thanks!
Hello Derrick,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. I can't seem to access the provided url to the site as I am hitting this error here, http://screencast.com/t/BlPPPENm7

Hi, I even updated to the latest Easysocial and the registration is still messed up even with default settings.. Looks like this is a major bug on mobile registration.. Is there a quick fix?

Hello Derrick,

I am not even able to access to the site so I am not really sure how you want me to troubleshoot this? This is the screen that I am seeing when I access your site, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-01_1437.png

Can you clear your cache and cookies? I had a few people who live in other states go to my site just fine.. I think it's an issue on your end.

Hello Derrick,

I have just tested with 3 different browser and I am hitting the same issue, http://screen.stackideas.com/2015-03-01_1603.png . It's most likely that your server is probably blocking my ip address. I am connecting from Malaysia.

Hm, to be honest I am not sure since I don't have any access to the site. Did you install any security tools? If you did not, it's best to check with your hosting provider.

Hello Derrick, Mark, and Mohdyasseribz,

I am sorry for breaking in your conversation but I have just the same problem.
I tested it on my test site, keeping other setting same and changing the version of JS.
On EasySocial v1.3.13, there is no problems.
On EasySocial v1.3.19, the problem happens.
So, something has happened on the upgrade of EasySocial v1.3.14 to EasySocial v1.3.19.
I also need help.

Best,
Kenzo
