Regarding your issue, I cant seem to be able to replicate your issue from my end. The default avatar from profile displayed correct when someone registered.

By the way, I tried access to your Joomla backend, the htaccess work but the Joomla admin access failed to authenticate me.

Not sure what is wrong. 1 week ago, i saw 3 times Marks' avatar appeared on pending approval page, and last 3 days one of my user avatar appear, I updated my login details again please look at site detail notes area

Can you please be more descriptive about how to reproduce this issue? When you mean message, do you mean email or do you mean the pending area or do you mean something else?

Em, when i attempt to connect to your Joomla backend, i hit this issue 'Error displaying the error page: Application Instantiation Error: The MySQL adapter mysqli is not available'. I get this message after entered the htaccess login.

By the way, i not sure if your issue related to cache or not but have you try to clear all your cache, your web browser cache?

I have tried to check your site folders and it looks like for some reasons there are already images in the folders /media/com_easysocial/avatars/users/ from id 500 - 512 but on your site, there are no such users. Did you manually deleted these users from the database but forgot to remove these avatar folders?

There are new users between 500-512. But system creates the same avatar for these users. I have a serious problem, some of my user complained this, please help,

I manuelly deleted all the same images and orphan files , but this is like a virus, it came back again

Hm, to be honest I really have no idea why it's restoring. EasySocial doesn't restore anything on the site. Perhaps there's some restoration service going on? I also disabled some plugins on your site, can you just try removing those folders and give it a try again?
