Hi.
What can be the cause if
1. A member register at my ES installation
2. i get info mail and cant activate now, because i have no time at the moment, so it will be few hours later if i logging in backend and
3.--> there is no user which is waiting for activation!
??

if i test it by myself it works but its very often that i havent any registrations in backend which waiting for activating but i know that people has registered and also get a info mail from easysocial installation..

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

I have a little bit lost here, do you mean that when a new user complete their registration in your Easysocial site, after that they need to approval by Superadmin as you. But you noticed when you logged in from backend, no one is waiting for approval status from backend user listing page.

Am i right? If yes, may i know what registration type are you set from your backend > Easysocial > profile type?
If you set "registration type" to use "Require user activation", the system will sent activation code to user email and notify your site have a new user registered on your site, if that user already activated their user account, so they will no need admin approval their user account from backend.

By the way, it looks like your subscription has expired and in order for you to continue requesting for support, we would appreciate if you continue to subscription.
