Register a new user - no form

Good morning, when I click on the option "Register a new user", it opens the Login window.
No registration form never appears.
Have I changed something in the configuration that wiped that?

You're welcome.

If you enable `lockdown mode`, the system will disallow new user register on your site.

Yes, you can reduce the registration step/custom field from backend > Easysocial > profile type > select your profile > custom field.

Hey Carolina,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

It seems like you have enable lockdown mode from backend setting, when you enable this, system will not allow user register in your Easysocial site.

To fix this, I have help you enable `Allow registrations in lockdown mode` from the settings, it work fine now.

Could you explain what is meant by "lockdown mode"?
Is there a place where I can restrict what data the user need? Because it seems very long registration and is not something sympathetic to the website users.
