1. Can the bloggers have http://mydomain.com/nadia/ as their profile page. If not, kindly recommend something which can make this happen instead of the /authors/blogger/listings/nadia/ which is very ugly
No. There is no settings available to do this dynamically but you may achieve this. In order to achieve this, you need to manually set each single blogger page menu.

2. Independent Point System for bloggers whose posts get approved, liked, etc?

3. Ability to allow registration from selected domain names only. I know there's plugin available in the extension and also is a integral part of EasySocial but want to know if such a feature exists in EB by default. I won't be using ES for this.

Regarding Point 1, that's not a very practical solution
It would be impossible to set menu items for every blogger who signs up in large scale.
