Hi!

After install and create a 'Frontpage Blog Layout' menu item, I'm getting 'ReferenceError: EasyBlog is not defined' in firebug console ( errors.png ). In the code, before the first error appears ('<script>EasyBlog.token = "token_id";</script>') is included '<script defer async src="http://joomla_path/media/com_easyblog/scripts/easyblog-3.9.15370.static.min.js"></script>' js library.

Regards

Hi,

We are experiencing exactly the same problem on our site, how can be fixed?

If it's necessary to grant you access to our system, how can we send you the details?

Regards,

David.

Hi Arlex, thanks for the answer.

If you can suspect what's the problem, then you can guess some possible solution. Could you tell me something we can try before having to create an account for you to access our system?

Thanks again,

David.

Hello Jensen,

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
Thanks for provided us with your site access, we almost there.
I have access in your Joomla backend, can you set this login user have a Super Administrator privileges so we can able to check this? Because I'm not able to view Easyblog setting and with your global configuration from your backend. Please advise.

Hello Jensen Technologies,

Sorry for late reply to this,
After debugging long time, it seems like your current template causing this issues, when I change to Joomla default template then everything is working fine.
Can you verify with this and consult with your template provider and see how it goes? Keep us updated then if your template provider give you some respond regarding this.
