Reducing Number of Texts on Front Page Posts

How do I reduce the number of text in blog front page. It is displaying all the blog content then still still read continue reading. I need to display a few text per post then everything when continue reading button is clicked.

Help ASAP.

You can change the character limit here: http://screencast.com/t/IFL2OGMsP in Backend>Easyblog>Settings>Layout>Truncation
