We are receiving a copy of every single mail sent from the system on our admin mail address. Where do we disable this?

Hey Arlex... Thanks for the response... Sorry no screenshot needed... It is simple, I (admin) receive a copy of every single email sent from EasySocial (e.g. post notifications, comments, invites, etc.)

I really get a copy of every single email notification that is sent from ES. Now I am sure this is just a setting which I still have setup to BCC or copy me on all emails.... but I need to be able to stop this as I am really overloaded with mails....

see attached screenshot. You will notice all the mails. e.g. When a Group Admin posts a new update to the Group, then I receive a copy of every single mail which was sent.

see: Email list (at the top in screenshot) has a Group Post Notification which I received 33 times
I also included further screenshots of the contents of that email notification.

this is also happening on all EasyBlog mail notifications. very strange.

Also can you provide us which Easyblog mail notification you mentioned? Perhaps you can provide us with your some screenshot again?

Which Joomla User are you after?

Would be great to figure out where it is coming from. It is as if the system is BCC'ing the emails. I have attached a second screenshot which is not from a Group, but just a Badge Notification email, which I also received a copy from.

I am not sure if it is caused by ES or something else on the site. Joomla configuration is set to use SMTP mail. I'm very happy that mails are now actually sent, but would love to know why I receive a copy.

May i know this is your email address andrew.gous@gmail.com as you shown me the mailbox screenshot at above?

If yes, the reason why you will receive all the notification within this group `Peuterspeelzaal Trapje Op` is because you are the admin on that group. If you do not like to receive all the group activity notification, you have to set become `member` from the group member page.

How about the badge and blog email notification? Do you have a sample email notification from your mailbox?

Nope, it is not that. That email (andrew.gous@gmail.com) receives all the mails like it is supposed to.

The mails I am referring to are ANY & ALL email notification sent from ES & EB. As I said before, this applies to all email notifications, e.g. messages, badge awarded, friend requests, posts / group posts, invite email notifications, etc.

Is there any reason or setting for this in the system?

I get those at the system email, as setup in Joomla Configuration. See Site Details in this post.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply,

I've checked in your site, it seems like you have an user account in your Joomla regarding that email address you provided for us, can you provide us with your FTP access in my email address arlex.wong@stackideas.com, so I can create a new stream in your site and see is it the system still send a notification to your email address?

Because I've tried you provided to me with your FTP access, but it not working now. Please advise.
